101 days was an unofficial Warhammer 40 000 Campaign, mainly catering to Space Marine and Necron players. - The Campaign started on October 10th, 2010 (or 10.10.10) and lasted 101 days.
The Campaign has a rich background that was expanded upon as the campaign progressed and the background was naturally affected by the progression of the battle reports that come in.
No sign-up was necessary and battles could be reported on an ad-hock basis, though battle reports had to adhere to the rules set down for the Campaign, and reports that were deemed unfit for the Campaign could be excluded.
Hopefully 101 days will be an inspiration for people to set up their own Campaigns; to play and report a few games, build some models, some scenery and to find joy in sharing a mutual campaign story.
Who knows what unfathomable discoveries and what closely hidden secrets will be revealed.
